[LeArc] Hancock County SKYWARN classes

Two local classes have been scheduled in Hancock County for 2010:

Feb. 23,2010
at Hancock Co. Extension center in Carthage,IL. (where the hamfest is held)
6:30-8:30 pm.

Mar. 15,2010
at Fire Station in Lomax, IL.
6:30-8:30 pm.

These classes are free to the public, and the National 
Weather Service encourages spotters to refresh their
training every 2 years.

No classes for immediate local area have been scheduled, but we'll pass those along when something is made public.
