Jesse:
I think I am coming down with something this morning not sure what but if I can feel good enough tomorrow I can assist. I will let you know by the end of the day how this is progressing.
I also assume that volunteers would need HT's to communicate?

Subject: [LeArc] Assistance of Ham Operators Requested
Next club meeting Nov 10th 2009 at 7:00 PM
Please join us Sunday Night for the
Lamoine Emergency ARC Sunday Evening Net.
Net time is 8:00 PM local time.
Dan Kreps, McDonough County ESDA coordinator, has sent word that the Health Dept. is in need of a few
volunteers on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. They are having the flu vaccines at Macomb High and are expecting
a big crowd, since they received some injectable H1N1 vaccines. They need some volunteers to help keep things organized,
such as parking, giving information, etc. and would like to know if any local hams can pitch in and help out this local cause.
We will consider this email a formal request for help. If you are available, please reply to this email with your contact information
so that it can be given to Dan Kreps and then he can pass the word along to the Health Dept. Further information will be forthcoming when we get some volunteers together.
Jesse, K9JLR
