[LeArc] Heritage Days Parade Update

For those planning to help with the Heritage Days parade on Saturday, I have updated information in regards to the meeting time and place.

Please plan to meet at the Convention and Visitors Bureau (201 S. Lafayette St.) at 8:45 a.m. on Saturday morning; the parade starts promptly at 10:15 a.m.  The parade organizers will review necessary guidelines and tell us what we are to do.  I'm sure we will try and honor all requests for people to perform the same duties as they have in the past, though that's ultimately up to the parade committee.

You need to at least bring a working 2-meter HT, and preferably a safety vest as well if you have one.
