We again lacked a quorum necessary to conduct any official club business for the month of January.  Therefore, unresolved business will now be tabled until the February meeting.

As part of an informal discussion of those present, it was noted that according to Rich Sample, N9EWQ, the UHF repeater should be ready to go back online within the next two weeks.  A receiver has been acquired and a CTCSS board is on order.  The tentative date for putting the UHF repeater back online is assuming that no other problems are encountered.

We discussed ways to improve club membership and active participation.  An email was sent to the Chamber of Commerce to include LEARC on the community organizations web page; additional suggestions are welcome.
