[LeArc] Weather Spotting and Antenna

Recent tests have confirmed that the "shadow area" of the new antenna appears to be to the WSW of the tower, specifically towards the Quincy area.  There is true mobile coverage countywide, with 40+ mile mobile ranges attainable in some areas north, NW and east of the antenna.

However, if you are weather spotting in the far SW corner of the county, and/or in extreme SE Hancock or NE Adams county, it is suggested that you at least operate on high power and possibly consider using a 1/2 or 5/8 wave gain antenna or better when accessing the .06 repeater.

It is probably workable in many spots on an HT with 5 watts, but this should alleviate any concerns about possible problem areas or "iffy" valleys that would pose an issue while weather spotting.
