[LeArc] Balloon Launch

BASE 24 is go for flight tomorrow morning. Launch has been move to Crawfordsville High School (Crawfordsville, Indiana) with an anticipated landing southeast of Columbus, Indiana.

Two radios broadcasting APRS information will use 144.39 MHz (call signs W9YJ-11 and W9YJ-12). Live data downlink on 900 MHz spread spectrum radio. 

Experiments to be flown:

Relative Photometric Measurements of Absorption Lines of Carbon Dioxide, Water Vapor, and Ozone

Polarization of Skylight - powered by a solar cell

Compact Dual Axis Coincidence Geiger Counters

Three video cameras - two DXG 506V and one Aiptek
