A busy day for balloons in Indiana:

BASE 21 will also fly early on Saturday.

BASE 21 Flight: 2008 March 1 

Launch: Crawfordsville High School, Crawfordsville, IN 
10:30 UTC 

Ascent Rate: target of 1500 ft/min 

Burst Altitude: anticipated 90,000 ft 

Landing Site: southeast of Columbus, IN approximately 
12:00 UTC 

Primary payload is an extremely low frequency radio 
receiver, a Crawfordsville High School (IN) student 
independent research project. Additional payload will 
include APRS radio beacon at 144.39 MHz using W9JY-11, 
and two digital video cameras.
