echolink/IRLP this morning

[This is going on now, I just got this, Duane]
We are going to try an experiment tomorrow and put the balloon's
cross band repeater on IRLP conference channel 9071 which is bridged
to Echolink
node KL7TQ (node number 84828). This will be a two way link. You
should be able to talk as
well as listen to the cross band repeater over echolink and IRLP.
The balloon will rise to 100,000 feet and have a repeater coverage of
500 miles but if you are too far away to hear the balloon on the 446
MHz downlink directly then give echolink or IRLP a try.
We may even get someone to announce pre launch status of the balloon
team over the echolink node.
Launch time is 10am Central on Saturday August 23rd.
