Steve noted that we forgot to include Senator Richard Durbin's email/web address in the previous 
message regarding S-1629.  The ARRL has sent out this follow-up email:

Below is what I copied from the senator's web site.

You will have to use your web browser after you have copied the text of
the letter (sent out two days ago) to your Windows clipboard.  Then after filling in the
required information on the web site, you should be able to paste the
letter text into the site's message text box and edit it as desired.
