[LeArc] MEETING LOCATION CHANGE

MEETING CHANGE!! KEVIN is not able to attend the meeting.. who has the keys 
to the Red Cross, is not going to be able to attend.. The meeting of the 
LEARC will now be held at 7 PM at Sunrise Family Restaurant in Macomb. Which 
is located by WIU at university drive.

Another item of interest.. Storm spotter training will be March 5th, at 6:30 
pm, at the american legion.

Everyone take care and stay warm. A warm up is on the way.
