[LeArc] NWS ham radio net control meeting 02/03

Hi Jesse.

I would love to attend the meeting, but I have a previous commitment to 
attend a meeting of the Illinois Association of County Board Members meeting 
in Jacksonville Saturday morning.  Is the NWS holding another meeting at 
another time?  If so, please let me know.  Keep me posted.
