[LeArc] Informal Meeting Reminder

This is just a reminder that an informal meeting is scheduled for 6:30
p.m. tonight at Sunrise Restaurant (University Drive) in Macomb.  The
purpose of the meeting is for interested parties, especially trained
weather spotters, to review emergency net protocall and propose any
necessary changes or additions.

I hope all interested parties are able to attend.
