[LeArc] 147.060 Repeater.

The .06 machine is operational again.

There was a power outage (specifics unknown) that caused the controller 
to reset to the factory defaults. Thus the controller was not in PL mode.

The UPS will need to be checked to see if the battery has reached the 
end of its life. The life of the battery can be reduced by heat (which 
in the past has been an issue) and prolonged/repeated use. I will do 
this as soon as I can get back out to the repeater site.

If you notice any problems with the .06 machine, please post them to 
this reflector. Otherwise I will not know and can try to fix the problem 
in a timely manner.
