Rich checked the unit this afternoon.  He advised he was not reading any
power out.  I’m beginning to suspect the wattmeter at the tower.  I just
checked out another RF deck for the repeater which was showing no output at
the repeater site.  It was transmitting fine.  And while Rich was reading no
power, I was receiving the repeater full quieting on the scanner I have at
work.

While I have my doubts about there being a RF problem with the repeater, it
does appear the tone decode board has died.  Hopefully we will have the
machine back up and working sometime Tuesday.
