  Light snow will gradually develop and overspread the area
overnight. Most locations should see the snow begin by midnight.
  After it begins...the snow will increase in intensity
quickly...such that around midnight some locations will see
visibilities of less than a mile at times with snowfall rates of over
a half inch per hour. Motorists should use caution and watch
out for slick and hazardous driving conditions on area roads
tonight.
