Winter Weather Advisory
325 PM CST Thu Jan 29 2004

...Wind Chill Advisory tonight through Friday morning...

Dangerously cold wind chills of 20 below to 30 below zero will be
found across Iowa...Illinois and northern Missouri tonight and 
Friday morning. Temperatures will fall to between 7 below to 10 
below zero across southeast Iowa...northeast Missouri and west 
central Illinois. These areas will see wind chill readings 
between 15 below and 25 below zero tonight and Friday morning.

Further north...across Iowa and Illinois north of Highway 
34...low temperatures of 10 below to 16 below zero will occur. 
Wind chills of 20 below to 30 below zero can be expected tonight 
through Friday morning.

Cold conditions will persist through the afternoon Friday...with
wind chills remaining near or just above advisory criteria 
through late afternoon hours.

Be sure to bundle up and cover exposed skin if you are headed
outside tonight and Friday morning.  These bitterly cold 
conditions are life threatening if you do not take precautions 
from the cold.
