...Heavy frost is causing icy Road conditions...

A heavy coat of frost formed on Road surface overnight...melted and
then re-froze...causing a very thin layer of ice to form on Road
surfaces. There have been numerous reports of accidents through out
southeast Iowa...west central Illinois and the northeast corner of
Missouri.

If you will be driving through southeast Iowa...west central
Illinois and northeast Missouri this morning...be extremely careful.
Roads may turn icy within a short distance.
