[LeArc] PSK31 HELP!!!!!!

I am having the darnest time gettine my new PSK31 setup to work.  Anyone
that has experience with digital modes, please help me out.

I can recieve just fine, but when I transmit, I am never heard (yes, I do
show power out at the radio).
