[LeArc] Backup plan...

		Hi Gang, 
	Wayne K9DI es Leader Dog Sequoia here.  This last Sunday the net 
was not able to go due to no rptr. I was wondering if a backup plan of 
using 146.440 simplex to do the net in case the rptr is down would be 
workable?
