Winter Weather Advisory
405 am CST Wed Jan 22 2003

...Wind Chill Advisory this evening through Thursday morning...

Overnight low temperatures of 5 to 10 degrees below zero will combine
with northwest winds of 15 to 25 mph to produce dangerous 
wind chills of 20 to 30 below zero. These conditions will be able to
freeze exposed flesh in 30 minutes...so dress warmly if you must 
go outside. Be sure to wear layered light clothing...and wear a hat
and
mittens to protect yourself from the dangers of frostbite.
