[LeArc] Looking for a good weather email service

I am looking for comments/suggestions for a free weather email service.
I would like to be able to subscribe here at work to get timely winter
weather advisories/watches/warnings as well as the severe weather
watches/tornado watches and area outlines for our area.

If you know of a service that has worked for you, please post. I DO NOT
have internet access here so something like the Weatherbug program will
not work.
