I received this from Barb Whedbee who is with the McDonough District
Hospital emergency room, and who is also a member of the LEPC (Local
Emergency Planning Committee), of which I am also a member representing the
county.
I feel this is very important in these troubling times, and feel that ham
operators, as has happened in fmany circumstances are sometimes the only
means of communications in times of crisis. I am passing this out on the
reflector to get feedback from club members and othe area hams.
Feel free to give your opinion on the reflector, or give me a call.
