* Flood stage:  18.5 ft.
* Rose above action stage this morning.
* Forecast crest...below flood stage around 19.8 ft...this evening.
* Should fall below action stage Thursday morning.
* At 18.5 feet water overflows the lowest river banks and is on some
agricultural land.
