[LeArc] Packet Radio in Western ILL?

Hi, i was wondering if anyone knew of ANY packet still in operation
in macomb or the area. Even if on a partial basis, just wondering
as i might want to get back into it not only for pleasure but
for emergency communications as a backup should the net or other
