Good evening everyone.

I do not think this will impact us but just so you know.

Due to the solar eclipse of the GOES 8 satellite the EMWIN broadcasts are suspended for about
1 hour from 10:30 - 11:30 local time.   This will continue till the 23-27 of April.

The EMWIN transmitter on the satellite is shut down to conserve battery power for more mission
critical systems.  The next generation GOES satellite will allow for operation even during the
eclipse periods.
