I haven't found any free software, but I've found a few sites willing to
sell you the software.

First go to the site that has everything you could ever want to know about
amateur radio, and about anything else you would ever want to know about
radio in general.

Bookmark this site.  It is one of the most useful sites I have ever found.

Once you get there, look for WEFAX in the table of contents.  It is there.
Clicking on that will give you a half dozen or so sites to check out.
