I have received several email messages from people telling
me the comment period for the SAVI petition (RM-10051) is
closed.  This is true.

You must file your comments with reference to ET Docket
01-278 (use just the number in the "cover sheet") as
RM-10051 is included in this docket.  The deadline for
filing is 12 March.
