[LeArc] Tornado drill

I would like to thank all of you who checked in.   I also need to give a BIG
thanks to Jerry for running the net.    The good job He did produced the
largest number of check in's for several years!

Hopefully we will have a quiet year stormwise, and thus can get more ragchews
on the .06 instead.
