[LeArc] Application Period for STAR Grants Announced

Hello Duane and all,

McDonough county already has over 100 STAR radios placed in schools,
daycare's, retirement facilities and government buildings.    there is
also about 50 radios that can be placed in manufactured housing
communities IF they have a plan and a location for people to relocate to
that will provide safety from a tornado.

Just wanted to let you know why we do not need to apply.
