[LeArc] WIUARC revival es a licensing class

		Hi Gang,
	Wayne K9DI es Sequoia here.  Well, it is official WIUARC is reactivated 
and is hoping to rebuild.  I also wanted to let you know that we will be 
holding licensing classes  open to the public with the help of Joe 
AG9Y.  Classes will be held on Thursday evenings at 5:00PM in Stipes 
Hall.  We are currently trying to secure a classroom so for this weeks 
class we will be meeting by the elevators in Stipes Hall and then looking 
for a room unless Kevin KB0UOI has been able to secure one for 
us.  Hopefully by next week we will have a definite location nailed
