8:00  PM  Macomb  147.060  103.5 tone
9:00  PM  Knox County  147.210

Monday

8:00  PM  Macomb  28.490 USB

Tuesday

8:00  PM  Quincy  50.160 USB

Wednesday

7:00  PM  Quincy  147.030

And that's all I can remember.
