The following is an update from SpaceX:

"SpaceX is targeting Thursday, October 24 for a Falcon 9 launch of the NROL-167 mission from Space Launch Complex 4 East (SLC-4E) at Vandenberg Space Force Base in California. Liftoff is targeted for 10:13 a.m. PT. If needed, a backup opportunity is available on Friday, October 25 at 9:59 a.m. PT."

Weather permitting, the launch could be visible to the naked eye for a distance of up to 100 statute miles.
