The following is an update from SpaceX:

"On Saturday, November 30 at 12:10 a.m. PT, Falcon 9 launched the NROL-126 mission and 20 Starlink satellites from Space Launch Complex 4 East (SLC-4E) at Vandenberg Space Force Base in California.

This was the first flight for the first stage booster supporting this mission."

The next announced Vandenberg SFB rocket launch is a Falcon 9 on December 3 at 4:29 p.m. Pacific Time. If liftoff occurs early in the launch window, it will be a daylight event for the West Coast. However, observers much further east may see the rocket's sunlit exhaust plume suspended in a dusk sky.
