The following is an announcement from SpaceX:

"SpaceX is targeting Sunday, June 23 for a Falcon 9 launch of 20 Starlink satellites, including 13 with Direct to Cell capabilities, to low-Earth orbit from Space Launch Complex 4 East (SLC-4E) at Vandenberg Space Force Station in California. Liftoff is targeted for 8:45 p.m. PT, with backup opportunities available until 12:45 p.m. PT on Monday, June 24."

If liftoff occurs early in the launch window, the southwestern U.S. and northwest Mexico may see an interesting display as the Falcon's exhaust plume is illuminated by the Sun at high altitude while suspended in a twilight or dark sky.
