A Launch Alert reader in Ventura contacted me about 7:40 p.m. this evening (September 14) about a contrail in the sky similar to those produced by dusk missile launches. Preliminary indications are that an unannounced launch took place this evening from northwest Santa Barbara County. Did any of you see it? Regards, Brian Webb
