The following is an announcement from SpaceX:

"SpaceX is targeting Friday, December 1 at 10:19 a.m. PT for a Falcon 9 launch of the Korea 425 mission to low-Earth orbit from Space Launch Complex 4 East (SLC-4E) at Vandenberg Space Force Base in California."

Following liftoff, the vehicle will probably head south as it carries several satellites into orbit.

Weather permitting, the early portion of the launch should be visible to the unaided eye up to 100 statute miles from the launch pad and to either side of the first stage's flight path.
