A Falcon 9 rocket carrying 21 Starlink satellites was launched at 2:37 a.m. PDT this morning (AUG 22) from Vandenberg SFB, Calif.

This morning at dawn, a large, tenuous, very high altitude cloud was visible in the sky. It appeared to be located northeast of Los Angeles and was probably visible over a wide area. The cloud was probably produced by this morning's launch.
