The following is an update from SpaceX:

"SpaceX is targeting Tuesday, April 25 at 6:40 a.m. PT (13:40 UTC) for a Falcon 9 launch of 46 Starlink satellites to low-Earth orbit from Space Launch Complex 4 East (SLC-4E) at Vandenberg Space Force Base in California. A backup opportunity is available Wednesday, April 26 at the same time."

This event will occur well after sunrise, which means there will be no Twilight Effect and the launch will be visible to the naked eye for a maximum distance of approximately 100 statute miles.
