The following Launch Alert was issued last night, but may not have been distributed due to technical difficulties:


A Firefly Alpha rocket is scheduled for launch from Vandenberg SFB, Calif. early on the morning of September 30. The vehicle is slated to lift off from Space Launch Complex 2-West during a 00:00-02:00 PDT launch window and will probably head south as it carries multiple small satellites into orbit.

Weather permitting, the event may be visible to the unaided eye over a wide area.
