Thursday's (July 21) launch of a Falcon 9 rocket from Vandenberg SFB appears to be on schedule. The vehicle is slated to lift off from south base at 10:13 a.m. PDT and carry several Starlink Internet satellites into orbit.

Following liftoff, the Falcon 9 will climb vertically and then probably head south. If the sky is clear, the early portion of the launch may be visible to the unaided eye up to 100 statute miles away.
