Over the past several months, I have been receiving numerous e-mails from Launch Alert readers and would-be readers. Most of these messages deal with a small number of topics:

- Please sign me up.

- Please change my e-mail address.

- Please remove me from your mailing list.

- My Launch Alerts are arriving late.

- For some reason I stopped receiving Launch Alerts.

- The date or time for a particular launch has changed. What happened?

- What is the status of the countdown?

- Where is a good place to view the next launch?

- Will the next launch be visible?

Please save the following information for future reference. If you have any requests or comments, please try to make use of the information before you contact me.

SUBSCRIBING

If you are interested in a Launch Alert subscription, do the following:

1. Go to:

   www.spacearchive.info/newsletter.htm

2. Follow the instructions under Subscribing.

Launch Alert is a self-serve newsletter. The editor does not sign up subscribers.

CHANGING YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS

If you want to change your Launch Alert e-mail delivery address, do the following:

1. Go to:

   www.spacearchive.info/newsletter.htm

2. Follow the instructions under Forgot Your Password?

3. Once you receive your password, return to:

   www.spacearchive.info/newsletter.htm

4. Follow the instructions under Subscribing and sign up using your new e-mail address.

Note: In most cases you don't need to remove your old e-mail address. The Launch Alert server will notice there is a delivery problem with the old address and eventually remove it from the distribution list.

UNSUBSCRIBING

Note: In most cases you don't need to unsubscribe if you are leaving an organization. After you leave, your e-mail address will probably be removed by IT. The Launch Alert server will later notice there is a delivery problem with the address and eventually remove it from the distribution list.

To unsubscribe from Launch Alert, do the following:

1. Go to:

   www.spacearchive.info/newsletter.htm

2. Follow the instructions under Forgot Your Password?

3. Once you receive your password, return to:

   www.spacearchive.info/newsletter.htm

4. Follow the instructions under Unsubscribing.

LAUNCH ALERTS ARE DELAYED

Most subscribers receive Launch Alerts within an hour after publication. If your Launch Alerts are substantially delayed, the problem is likely with your Internet Service Provider, security software, or e-mail system. You will need to resolve this problem or subscribe to Launch Alert using a different e-mail domain. The Launch Alert editor cannot provide technical support for your IT setup.

NO LONGER RECEIVING LAUNCH ALERTS

If you unexpectedly stopped receiving Launch Alerts, check your spam folder and also see if you have accidentally marked e-mails from Launch Alert as spam. If not, try subscribing again. The Launch Alert editor cannot provide technical support for your e-mail setup.

LAUNCH SCHEDULE QUESTIONS

You may notice that a launch is no longer listed for a certain date. Launch dates and times are subject to change. Before you e-mail me, scroll down the schedule to see if the launch was rescheduled.

LAUNCH STATUS QUESTIONS

If you have a question about the status of an upcoming launch, please use the links provided in previous Launch Alert issues or consult www.spaceflightnow.com. The Launch Alert Editor is unable to respond to requests for launch or countdown status.

LAUNCH VIEWING QUESTIONS

If you have questions about viewing Vandenberg AFB rocket and missile launches, go to:
