The United Launch Alliance issued the following update several minutes ago:

Everything is progressing for an on-time launch of the Air Force’s DMSP-19 satellite at 7:46 a.m. PDT this morning from Space Launch Complex 3 at Vandenberg Air Force Base. 
The weather forecast has been update and currently shows a 100 percent chance of favorable weather conditions for launch.
