[Launch Alert]

Today's earlier Launch Alert stated that IPEX, a secondary payload scheduled
for launch from Vandenberg AFB on December 5, was from "California
Polytechnic Institute." The organization is actually "California Polytechnic
State University."

The same Launch Alert stated that Comet ISON may be visible with optical
assistance in the southwest after sunset. That was incorrect. The comet
apparently rises in east-southeast during the hour before sunrise. However,
it may be much fainter than a few days ago and therefore much harder to see.
