The Air Force has announced the launch window for the 16 June Minuteman III launch from Vandenberg AFB is 03:01 to 09:01 PDT (10:00-16:00 UTC). Refer to the following media advisory released this morning.

SECRETARY OF THE AIR FORCE TO VISIT VANDENBERG, VIEW MINUTEMAN III LAUNCH

VANDENBERG AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. - Secretary of the Air Force Michael
Donley is scheduled to visit Vandenberg Air Force Base June 15-16 where he
will meet with base leadership and tour base facilities.

Furthermore, Secretary Donley will observe the Minuteman III launch
scheduled for June 16 with a launch window of 3:01 to 9:01 a.m.  

This Minuteman III launch will be the first under the newly created Air
Force Global Strike Command.
