[Launch Alert] Launch on Schedule

Tomorrow's launch of a Minotaur IV Lite booster from Vandenberg AFB appears
to still be on schedule. The launch window extends from noon to 6 p.m. PDT.

Unfortunately, the forecast calls for a 90% probability of weather outside
of acceptable limits due to surface winds, thick clouds, precipitation,
cumulus clouds, launch winds, and lightning.

The forecast is somewhat better for Thursday, and excellent for Friday.

However, the weather at Vandenberg can change greatly in a matter of hours.
That, combined with the long duration of the launch window, means there is a
chance the launch could actually occur tomorrow.
