Payload is the DMSP F18 military weather satellite.  

SEP-OCT		To be announced		Delta II            SLC-2W
Payload is the WorldView-2 commercial reconnaissance satellite.  


The Editor removed the following launches from the schedule for the
reasons indicated:

MAY 20		To Be Announced		Minuteman III        ---
Postponed. A new launch date announced has not been announced.

Fall			To be announced		KEI                  Unk
The Kinetic Energy Interceptor (KEI) program was canceled on May 7.


The above schedule is a composite of unclassified information
approved for public release from government, industry, and other
sources. It represents the Editor's best effort to produce a schedule,

All times in this newsletter are given in Pacific Time using a 24-hour
format based on military time. Under this system, regular time is
expressed as follows:

                    12:00 p.m. (noon)       12:00

No distinction is made between Pacific Standard Time and Pacific
