[Launch Alert] Launch Follow-Up

Just a few items of note:

Last Friday evening's Delta II/COSMO-3 launch from Vandenberg AFB occurred
on-time at 19:28:25 PDT during a one-second launch window (the window was
originally 19:28:21, but was adjusted for a few seconds later).

I managed to get a good photo of the launch. Go to
http://www.spacearchive.info/ and look for "COSMO-3 Rides Into Orbit". Click
on the image for an enlarged view. If the enlarged photo doesn't display
correctly, let me know.

The next Vandenberg AFB launch is a Minuteman III on the morning of
Wednesday, November 5 between 00:00-06:00 PST.
