[Launch Alert] Launch Delayed (Correction)

The previous Launch Alert incorrectly identified the customer for the upcoming Atlas V launch as the "National Reconnaissance". It should have said "National Reconnaissance Office".

The corrected text is as follows:

This Friday's scheduled launch of an Atlas V rocket from Vandenberg AFB has 
been postponed until mid-March. The Atlas will carry a classified payload into orbit for the Chantilly, Virginia-based National Reconnaissance Office. The delay was due to concern over space debris from last week's intercept of a non-functioning U.S. satellite.
