This morning's missile defense test involving a dual missile launch
from White Sands, New Mexico was cancelled due to technical problems.
The test has been tentatively rescheduled for Wednesday morning,
September 13, between 04:00 and 06:00 MDT (03:00-05:00 PDT/10:00-12:00
UTC).
