Space journalist Justin Ray has informed me that his Spaceflight Now
web site is now providing current countdown status for Monday's
Minotaur/XSS-11 launch from Vandenberg AFB. The information is posted

On launch day, the page will be updated frequently beginning at about
T-1 hour. Be sure to regularly hit the refresh button on your browser
to see the latest information.
